Hello. Sorry, we don't randomly charge peoples credit cards.
If you were charged for a renewal, it means that the last order you placed with us, with your credit card, had verbiage indicating that that the order would place you into auto renewal. About 6 weeks before we charge your card again, for the renewal, we send out an email reminding you that you are in our continuous renewal service, and will be charged again.
The email also indicates you can contact us to be removed from the auto renewal service.
