Readers Digest - Returned check, double billing
I just went to my USAA credit card. I have one returned check.
?????? Two charges for subscriptions. As far as I'm concerned you can cancel both subscriptions, refund the charges, explain the returned check and give me the credit. Reader's Digest takes much too long, is much too complex to deal with.
The benefits do not outweigh the issues. I am too old and too cranky to manage. Have been a subscriber for a long time, but not worth it now. I have no idea what you mean by Company* box below.
I'll guess. Please get me out of this mess. I do not have the dollars to lose.
Please advise ASAP. Carolyn Miller
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $65.
Preferred solution: cancel my subscription.
