Our family has been receiving and enjoying Readers Digest for over 50 years. Its compact stories and information is always a pleasure to arrive in the mail and spend relaxing time with in the pages. Keep up the great work and we shall see another of our familys generation become RD enthusiasts.

The book was mailed to me, and I never ordered it. I called and was instructed to write 'RETURN TO SENDER' and put it back in the mailbox! My post office keeps returning it to me for a fee to pay to mail it back.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Be careful what you get in the mail!
Love the magazine but had the same issue last year
You keep sending notice to renew gifts-which I already did and paid for. Are my family going to get these renewals

Billing
I got tired of waiting over 5 mins and still no representative, so Im sending an email instead. My problem is that RD is billing me $13.47 for Mornings with Jesus.
I dont remember receiving it, but cannot say that I didnt. So can you please send me a copy of the front of the book so I can see if it jogs my memory.
Thanks for your help.

Verified Reviewer |Have not received any magazines - I don't know subscription #
I think it is ridiculous that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to even get 1st issue. The person I talked to blamed the distributor. From what I was told it will come after week even starts.

Verified Reviewer |Overbilling. Unexpected debit.
Called with a complaint. Not on a renewal program.
Emailed 10 hours ahead. Debit seen before email. Too much cost as well. I called with it pending in my account, and it went through anyway.
I was told I would receive a credit. No action to date.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Cannot connect to live person
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Subscription renewed. Wrote letters and posted on social media.
I tried to rectify a subscription issue via mail and could not. So I tried calling and never did get a live person.
Then I tried through this website and I receive notice that theres a response but the link always takes me to the rating page.
I guess its time, after 30 years, to give up my Readers Digest subscription. Im sure its no skin off their nose though.
Renewal question
We keep getting notices for renewal, but I already paid to renew my subscription and our gift subscription. They hung up on me while talking to customer service.

Trying to renew subscription to Reader’s Digest
We had gotten several notices offering reduced rates for being seniors. We also got our December magazine saying it was our last issue.
Since we've been enjoying your magazine for so many years, we didn't want to stop getting them. So I called and spoke to your representative May, who said that we in fact paid $27.98 in April 2025 and this subscription will keep coming till Feb-March 2029.
I also asked that these renewal subscription notices be discontinued until the time before it is due to be renewed. Thank you for your time.
