Readers Digest - Bad Customer service

I have emailed, phoned, and tried to live chat with Reader's Digest to no avail. I was intetested in the Daily Planner for 2018. Last year, I bought it for $10. I was told to call this year for this offer. Why doesn't anyone respond? At this point, it should be free. No one should have to go through so many problems to receive a product.
